Contracting with multiple physicians and medical providers to help them make the transfer from paper medical records to electronic health records. Also includes auditing each provider’s record for coding and billing accuracy as laid out in the CPT and ICD-9/ICD – 10 coding guidelines. ICD -10 is now being introduced; let us take care of this for you so you can still focus on patient care.
Contracting with providers to assist in collecting their outstanding insurance claims and patient self pay accounts receivables accruing from one day to over 180 days. HIMCRS LLC average collection rate on medical insurance claims is 90% within the first 6 months. Afterwards, the collection rate is 95% with absolutely no outstanding receivables due from insurance companies over 180 days old. Working the accounts receivable on a regular basis is crucial in maintaining high levels of revenue. Let us work with the patients and insurance companies and make this happen!
Contracting with providers and to work closely with a provider to maintain, keep current and update each provider’s credential’s with each insurance company in a timely manner to insure prompt and accurate payment from contracted insurance companies.
